This routine is designed especially for you, who want to start gaining muscle mass, tone and feel stronger. We are going to work twice a week, dividing the work between the lower body (legs and buttocks) and the upper body (arms, back and shoulders), with simple but very effective exercises.
The goal is for you to start building strength, improve your posture and stimulate muscle growth progressively, without having to spend hours in the gym.
This is the perfect base for clean volume, combining strength, control and technique, ideal for those just starting out or getting back into it.
